The new Spanish cuisine is associated in moderation with the culinary arts of the Mediterranean and made by the local and top quality product.
Our pastry is homemade. Fresh out of the oven, just before opening each day, you will find croissants, pain au chocolat, muffins and we also have a wide selection of homemade cakes.
We offer varied and healthy breakfasts. British breakfast, the classic toasts with Serrano ham, Croque Monsier or Croque Madame, Bagel, Pancake… Options for every mood and for every taste.
We bet on producers from the region and seasonal products that travel a few kilometers to reach our kitchen. We also work with More than lettuce, organic producers who have cultivated three hectares of vegetables in the Aljarafe of Seville.
Our menu is extensive and covers the land and the sea to offer paellas and rice dishes, gourmet tapas and dishes such as the Suquet de Dorada, the Prawns with salt, the Suckling Goat at low temperature or the Tagliata de Buey Retinto. We also have vegan and vegetarian options such as the "Oasi Salad" with vegetables, avocados and mint on quinoa or the "Makko" with beans with baked vegetables.

We travel the Spanish, French and Italian geography to find special and unique cheeses that surprise the palate. We are happy to find more and more cheese factories and small artisans who make very different and interesting cheeses, for which we are firmly committed. Our seasonal cheese plate combines the uniqueness of cheeses and a journey through the flavors of different regions.
